You willspearhead the strategic direction for MCO's global engineering teams, with afocus on integrating AI/ML capabilities and modern software practices. You willestablish and monitor KPIs, champion agile and MLOps methodologies, and ensurecontinuous improvement. You will serve as a key decision-maker in technicalarchitecture, particularly in AI-driven solutions, and act as a trusted advisorto senior leadership on technology strategy and risk management.As Directorof Engineering, you will provide strategic direction and technical oversightfor global delivery teams, with a strong emphasis on AI and advancedengineering practices.
