Job Summary
This role is responsible for commercial management of key accounts under the Customer Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will plan account activity, execute tasks at high standards, deal with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed SLA's.
The role leverages comprehensive ERP software, CRM system (Salesforce), and project management tool. Leading work through these systems and processes is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, plan, and manage customer activities in line with KAM best practices
Conduct regular meetings with customers
Optimize and develop workflows
Maintains an excellent working knowledge of the industry - understands trends and anticipates future changes. You'll maintain and streamline customer and vehicle journeys through our supply chain with support from all business units. Efficiently handle customer queries and generate reports as needed.
