Food and Beverage Operations Manager Luxury ResortFull time | Teamworx | IrelandPosted On 25/03/2026Job InformationHospitality65000City WicklowState/Province WicklowA67Job DescriptionTeamworx are delighted to be recruiting an F&B Operations Manager on behalf of our client, aluxury resort in County Wicklow.This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership capability, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a high-end environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within the resortLead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and front-line teamsEnsure exceptional guest service standards are consistently deliveredDrive revenue growth through effective cost control, upselling, and operational efficiencyManage labour costs, staffing levels, and departmental budgetsMaintain compliance with all health & safety and food safety regulationsCollaborate closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership teamSupport the delivery of weddings, conferences, and large-scale eventsMonitor guest feedback and implement continuous service improvementsContribute to strategic planning and business development initiativesCandidate RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership roleExperience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment preferredStrong operational and financial management skillsProven ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hospitality periodsRelevant hospitality qualification is desirableWhat's on OfferSalary up to €65,000 plus excellent benefitsPerformance-related bonus potentialCareer progression within a reputable hospitality groupStaff meals and uniform providedEmployee discounts and wellness benefitsOngoing training and professional development
