Manager – Financial & Corporate Advisory (Dublin, onsite)
We’re representing a leading international advisory firm recognised for delivering landmark infrastructure and project finance transactions across the globe. As the firm continues to expand its European footprint, we’re seeking an experienced Manager to take ownership of client relationships, lead transaction delivery, and guide a high-performing team.
About the Role
This is a senior hands‑on position overseeing complex financial advisory mandates across infrastructure, energy, transport, and social sectors. You’ll manage all aspects of deal execution, from financial modelling and due diligence through to negotiations and client strategy - while mentoring junior team members and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead the execution of cross‑border financial and infrastructure advisory transactions.
 * Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
 * Oversee preparation and review of financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
 * Negotiate key commercial and contractual terms with lenders, investors, and counterparties.
 * Drive business development through market analysis, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
 * Coach and develop junior associates to ensure quality delivery and professional growth.
Candidate Profile
 * Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or similar qualification preferred.
 * 7+ years’ experience in project finance, corporate advisory, or investment banking.
 * Strong track record leading transactions and managing client engagements.
 * Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
