Job Description:
The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in hospitality or a related field
* Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably with a focus on operations and customer service
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
* Basic math skills and ability to maintain accurate financial records
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
