Our client is seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee a 2-year mixed commercial project in Wicklow, valued at over €50M.
This large-scale project involves groundworks and handover. The ideal candidate will have experience working with established building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
Job Description:
• Lead and manage site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.• Oversee all aspects of construction management, including scheduling, resource allocation,& monitoring progress.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,& other stakeholders& external partners.
The successful applicant will possess:
• Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager or equivalent position. • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate teams. 🚸 🚹 Proven track record of delivering high-quality results while managing budgets& scheduling constraints.
