We are seeking a highly skilled Group Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a large and well-established client based in Cork, offering a dynamic role with room for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
* Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
* Evaluate and ensure timely and accurate completion of audit requirements.
* Maintain full compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies across all financial activities.
* Ensure proper documentation and adherence to transfer pricing policies.
* Collaborate closely with the wider accounting team to deliver seamless service to the client.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Requirements:
* Fully-qualified ACA or ACCA accountant.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in an Irish group accounting role or similar within Practice.
* Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, along with advanced Excel skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
