Our client are looking for a manufacturing engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will bring strong Production / Manufacturing Engineering experience and play a key role in the introduction and optimisation of electronic manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to production, ensuring delivery to budget and schedule.
Manage manufacturing improvement and digitalisation projects using Lean and project management methodologies.
Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes focused on quality, cost and delivery.
Support product quotations, production planning and manufacturing readiness.
Work closely with customers to transition products from design to manufacturing, ensuring compliance with ISO ***** where applicable.
Identify and implement process improvements for new and existing products.
Maintain product documentation including BOMs, drawings and work instructions.
Train operators on new equipment and processes.
Support equipment maintenance, production layout improvements and process optimisation.
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors and third-party manufacturers.
Education and Experience: Level 7/8 degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience in a manufacturing or electronics production environment.
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools and project management.
Experience with ERP systems, MS Office and engineering documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.
