Job Title
A senior safety professional is required to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive health and safety strategy for a residential construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the EHS Manager/Lead in developing and implementing the safety management system.
* Collaborate with operational teams to develop safe systems of work and risk assessments.
* Audit projects, track EHS indices, and address non-conformances.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in residential construction site projects. They will hold a third-level qualification in EHS or a related field and possess 3+ years' experience working on commercial/construction projects. Excellent communication skills are essential.
