Requirements: Experience working in an ICT helpdesk support role, 2+ years Knowledge/Experience of Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Knowledge/Experience of Microsoft Teams Knowledge/Experience of supporting Android (Mobile) OS devices and users Knowledge/Experience of Omnissa Workspace One UEM or a similar MDM solution Troubleshoot/diagnose customer technical issues and offering resolution. Update and Management of Service Desk management console. Provide efficient and acceptable turnaround to customers Service Requests and Incidents Reports. Support colleagues, and peers including Technical and Customer Services through documentation, coaching and knowledge sharing.
