An award winning architectural design office specialising in the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and retail sectors, have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior level RIAI Architect to join the team. The highly talented Architect (RIAI) will have 10-15 years experience leading and managing architectural developments across various sectors. The ideal Architect will have a strong background in managing projects of varying scales, possess strong technical and design expertise and ensuring all building regulations, planning requirements etc meet industry standards and client specifications. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from design concept through to completion, using BIM while managing a small team. Desired experience: RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with a minimum of 10-15 years of architectural experience Must have gained some Irish experience and be fully conversant of current building regulations, codes, and industry standards Proven experience in the residential, commercial, and/ or retail sectors Strong proficiency in BIM software Revit Experience managing projects from design concept to project completion Excellent client liaison and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with client, contractors and all stakeholders Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve complex design challenges Guide and mentor junior team members Experience in sustainable design practices is highly desirable Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits: €60k-€75k DOE Pension Professional development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Flexible working arrangements If you're a qualified Architect with full understanding of industry regulations, contact Deborah for further details.
