About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Residential Service Manager. As the leader of our residential services, you will be responsible for the daily management of all aspects of operational delivery, ensuring that our services meet the needs and wishes of the people we support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and directing operational staff to ensure the provision of high-quality services.
* Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, such as HIQA regulations.
* Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement and service development.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A third-level qualification in health and social care or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
* Experience of leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and external partners.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges and opportunities for improvement.
