JOB DETAILS
The Executive will have responsibility on divisional projects focused on customer service and content development to address new and emerging member needs in a rapidly evolving service environment.
This role will provide high quality and consistent employment services to members; building effective working relationships with team members and customers; relevant agencies and Ibec colleagues.
This position is available as a specified purpose contract and closing date for applications is 19th September at 5pm
ABOUT THE ROLE
Projects
* Collaborate closely with Senior Employer Relations (ER) team to conduct research, track market trends in ER service delivery and innovations
* Work with Ibec AI implementation team for information, systems and process improvement to Knowledge Centre (KC) service delivery to customers
* Develop a customer service journey for Ibec customers ensuring optimum access and service delivery is achieved through process improvement.
Process Improvements
* Work across Ibec to share specialist knowledge and emerging trends in employment as they impact sectors and business policy
* Produce PowerBI reporting for teams for collective decision making on future work programmes
* Work with senior ER teams on the development of KPIs for Knowledge Centre
Customer/Member Experience
* Provide specialist employment law and human resource support to members who contact or are referred to Knowledge Centre, always seeking to add value to their business
* Work with ER teams to track and amend information content for accuracy and relevance
* Keep abreast of employment law, industrial relations and human resource developments
* Support the development of HR Services within the division
* Develop written contributions for Ibec publication
* Develop and present on Ibec presentations, webinars and podcasts as required
* Provide input to Ibec Academy training courses and HR forum events in the area of industrial relations, human resources & employment best practice
* Occasionally, represent the interests of employers on external committees
* Promote and support membership development initiatives
* As required, liaise with member companies regarding subscription payments with the view to obtaining timely settlement

Qualifications, skills and experience
Qualifications
* Human Resource/Industrial Relations/Employment Law related qualification preferable
* Other relevant qualifications
Knowledge
* Comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law, Human Resources and Industrial Relations
* Industrial Relations and Human Resource developments in Ireland and globally
* Understanding of the role of the third-party employment institutions in Ireland
* Competitive, regulatory and cost issues facing business in Ireland
Experience
* A sound working knowledge of the industrial relations institutions and trade union negotiations
* Interfacing regularly with senior company executives up to CEO level
* Working in a representative/consultancy capacity for business
* Working in a team environment
