Lead Commercial Strategist
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
* Conduct thorough feasibility studies to assess project viability and inform strategic decision-making.
* Manage cost control processes, including cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across all project phases.
* Oversee the preparation and agreement of valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure seamless project execution.
* Prepare and manage regular cost/value reports to provide stakeholders with timely updates on project performance.
* Mentor and supervise junior team members to support their professional development.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective project delivery.
* Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations and industry best practices.
* Participate in estimating activities and assist with the preparation of tender submissions to secure new projects.

* Proven experience in a senior quantity surveyor role within civil or infrastructure projects.
