About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading client for an experienced and driven SHEQ Manager to oversee all safety, health, environment and quality functions across their operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance, and supporting teams at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and implement SHEQ policies, promoting a positive, proactive safety culture.Serve as the main SHEQ contactOversee risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks, and induction training.Lead investigations into incidents and implement corrective and preventative measures.Conduct safety audits, fire risk assessments, and manage-up actions.Ensure compliance with fleet safety, tools, equipment, and PPE requirements.Complete required SHEQ reporting and support disciplinary or return-to-work processes.Monitor training needs and ensure ongoing compliance across the organisation.
About You
Third level education in Health and Safety related disciplineNEBOSH/IOSH qualificationPrevious relevant experience in H&S
