Job Title: Contracts Manager/ NEC Service Manager (NEC Infrastructure Project)
Location: Full-Time On-Site, Cork

We are a leading consultancy operating across the UK and Ireland, specialising in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. With a growing portfolio and a long-term commitment to driving sustainable and smart infrastructure, we are expanding our delivery team. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive NEC contract experience to lead a high-profile infrastructure project. This is a senior-level position offering the opportunity to contribute to strategic contract delivery and play a key role in the expansion of our NEC contract management capability across major projects.
The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an NEC Service Manager/ Contract Manager who holds a central position in the administration and management of NEC Contract managed Contracts. The NEC service manager oversees the performance of the Managed Contractors and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. The successful candidate will assume responsibility in the procurement and contract management of the NEC Managed Contracts, including the FEED Contractor and EPC contractor.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
* The NEC service manager has experience in delivering a role of similar nature (NEC service manager on PSC contract) on previous projects that were similar in nature, scale and complexity and carried out in a similarly demanding environment to the services required in this Scope.
* They have extensive experience in managing NEC contracts, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the PSC contract.
* They have demonstrated the ability to oversee and administer service contracts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
* The NEC service manager has experience in coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective contract management and service delivery. They have a strong understanding of the NEC contract framework and its application in project management.
* Experience in managing contract changes, avoiding disputes, and ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget. They have demonstrated the ability to identify and mitigate risks and experience with the NEC processes such as early warning register and accepted programme.
* The NEC service manager has strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling them to Strategic Emergency Gas Reserve Client Partner Scope 95 effectively manage relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
* The NEC service manager MUST have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area.
* The NEC service manager MUST have a minimum 12 years’ relevant experience
* MUST HAVE right to work in Ireland without sponsorship requirements
