Multi Skilled Technician Role
To maintain and repair civil structures and track in accordance with a specified method of operation, quality, and health & safety procedures. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential.
This role involves being part of a First Line Response Team and adhering to all established safety procedures, good housekeeping practices, and utilising necessary safety equipment. Additionally, assisting experienced staff in their specialty and coaching and developing as a mentor to other staff where applicable.
This position requires active participation in team forums and communication sessions, training provided, and adopting the Ways of Working (WOW) Behaviours in daily tasks as per guidelines.
The successful candidate will undertake any duties specified by the Supervisor or Track Discipline Manager and have competencies in planning and organising to meet departmental objectives.

Requirements:
* Working knowledge and experience of infrastructure maintenance plan.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a Team.
* Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* In-depth working knowledge of track related civils activities.
* Working knowledge of chemical fixings construction trade.
* Proven ability to deliver on time.
* Flexibility is essential.
* A full clean driving licence.
