Location: Dublin, Ireland
Is it Permanent/ Contract: Contract – 9months extendible
Is it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid – 1 to 2 days a week
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Collaboration Systems Engineer to manage and integrate enterprise collaboration platforms and identity systems. The role focuses on administration, migration, and integration of cloud productivity tools, identity federation, and device management across distributed environments. The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in complex, evolving organizational landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and manage Google Workspace, including directory services, mail routing, and security configurations.
* Support and integrate Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including hybrid environments and migration activities.
* Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation using protocols such as SAML and OIDC.
* Manage directory synchronization using tools such as Azure AD Connect, Google Cloud Directory Sync, or equivalent.
* Support MDM and device management across macOS and Windows environments.
* Develop automation and tooling using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages to support bulk operations and system efficiency.
* Lead or contribute to IT integrations during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transitions.
* Create clear and effective technical documentation for both technical teams and leadership stakeholders.
* Collaborate across teams to balance enterprise standards with business unit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
* Deep hands-on experience administering Google Workspace environments.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, including hybrid configurations and migration tools.
* Experience with identity platforms, SSO, and federation technologies.
* Familiarity with MDM platforms and endpoint management for Mac and Windows systems.
* Strong scripting and automation experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
* Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries and navigate ambiguity.
* Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience with Google Workspace CLI tools (GAM, GAMADV-XTD3), Google Admin SDK, or Microsoft equivalents such as Graph API and Microsoft 365 PowerShell.
* Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2, particularly as they relate to system migrations.
* Prior experience integrating startups or small-to-medium enterprises into larger enterprise environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €150.00-€200.00 per day
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin, County Dublin
