Key Responsibilities Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, risk, and environmental policies. Provide expert advice and support to operational teams across all service lines. Lead the implementation and monitoring of health & safety policies and procedures. Support training plans to ensure staff are competent in delivering services safely. Conduct site audits, inspections, and safety walks, reporting findings and driving improvements. Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring timely reporting and resolution. Collaborate with regional HSEQ teams and contribute to business resilience planning. Deliver monthly and quarterly performance updates to senior stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with statutory authorities and internal safety teams. What Youll Bring A diploma or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organisation. Experience in risk management and business continuity planning. Commercial awareness and business acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Flexibility to respond to emergency situations outside of normal hours. Ideal Candidate Profile A confident and articulate communicator.
