Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant. You will be required to work the following days: Mondays to Sundays. We are looking to cover 8 hours per week on a Fixed-Term Contract - 3 Months.

This Seasonal Contract will end on 04/01/2026. The rate of pay will be €15.40 per hour. The stores for this role include Kilkenny.

The role
From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you’ll be our brand ambassador who makes the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas, with some crossover possible depending on day-to-day store needs.
Sales
* Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
* Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs
* Product knowledge: deliver unforgettable customer experiences
Operations
* Prepare click-and-collect orders for customers
* Manage deliveries, process returns, and restock shelves with fresh inventory
* Wrap gifts, engrave jewellery, and load gift cards

Important notes
* Contracts will end on 04/01/2026
* You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the contract, which will include weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. We will distribute these days fairly and you won’t be required to work all of them.
* You will accrue annual leave in line with entitlement; however, during the peak season no annual leave will be approved.
