We are seeking a highly experienced Mergers and Acquisitions professional to lead our transaction management team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful deal execution, with expertise in complex financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence findings.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of M&A mandates from initial meetings to closing, including preparing key documentation (pitch books, teasers, management presentations and valuation reports).
