Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact The Service Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing and expanding the features of platforms provided by ST eServ.
Responsibilities include maintaining excellent relationships with end-users and stakeholders, collaborating with customers, partners, and vendors, demonstrating deep understanding of the learning platform, and staying updated with new learning technologies to provide informed recommendations.
This role requires technical expertise and innovative thinking to ensure platforms meet evolving user needs and stay at the forefront of educational technology.
Be Part of Our Success Service Management Monitoring and managing desktop support, IT services desk, and VIP support functions to ensure optimal service.
Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvements.
Owning critical incidents, coordinating resolution efforts, and communicating effectively with stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
Ensuring systems, procedures, and methodologies support outstanding service delivery.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of projects to gain insights into service scope.
Taking accountability for service performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
Analyzing processes and creating strategies for service delivery optimization.
Platform Development and Troubleshooting Overseeing development of new functionalities and troubleshooting existing features on ST eSERV platforms.
Assisting customers with functionality issues and providing technical support.
Performing regular maintenance, including upgrades on OS, modules, and applications.
Cloud Deployment and Maintenance Deploying and managing applications using AWS or equivalent cloud services such as EC2, ECS, EFS, ElasticCache, RDS, and S3.
Ensuring regular updates and maintenance are performed efficiently.
Automation Development Developing and maintaining automation scripts and workflows to enhance platform functionality and efficiency.
Collaborating with teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions.
Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality.
Technology Integration and Solution Design Researching and acquiring new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Transforming design concepts into solutions, collecting requirements, writing specifications, and developing project plans.
Delivering solution designs and POCs as needed.
Considering long-term architecture and performance in all solutions.
Writing clean, efficient code and thorough documentation.
Quality and Performance Optimization Collaborating with QA teams during testing and reviewing documentation.
Developing and following standards and documentation.
Planning and implementing software upgrades and new features.
Participating in reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
Monitoring and optimizing platform performance.
Implementing security best practices.
Recommending improvements and ensuring timely actions for service upgrades.
Leading personnel management activities including recruitment, performance assessments, training, and mentoring.

Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Professional Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in IT project management and software development, suitable for recent graduates.
Proficiency in analytical thinking and object-oriented design.
Experience with Object-Oriented Languages, PHP, ASP.net (C#), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Database management skills with MySQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB.
Optional PMP or Prince2 certification.
Experience with AWS/Google Cloud, Linux/Windows instances.
Proficiency in Outsystems Low Code Platform.
