We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will involve conducting outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and services, as well as responding to inbound sales queries via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their business goals.
* Maintain and grow relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and drive sales growth.
* Actively work towards and achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Keep accurate records of all calls, sales, and customer information using the CRM system.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in telesales, inside sales or customer service, preferably in the industrial or chemical sector.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
* Goal-oriented with strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in MS Office, CRM experience is an advantage.
