Job Title: HR Manager
Reports to: Store Manager/Assistant Manager
Work Hours: 39 hours per week.
Position: The appointee will work as part of the store management team to support, implement and deliver the stores management and business decisions, including the effective management of rostering, payroll, personnel management and training. When required will act as cover and undertake store supervisory duties.
Payroll, Administration & Employee files:
· Manage day to day payroll reporting
· Complete rosters using in store system and ensure within budget and ensure system is maintained and up to date
· Complete weekly payroll
· Monitor absence levels
· Carry out all required HR administration
· Compliance reporting
· Manage new starters and leavers instore
· Follow up on outstanding paperwork with employees
· Monitor probation timeframes and conduct probation reviews
· Schedule employee meetings with Store Manager and support as required
· Work with Head office to identify where disciplinary meetings need to be conducted and support these at store level
· Coordinate in store and E-Learning training liaising with head office
· Organise relevant training courses
* Employees queries – i.e. resolving any weekly pay issues, advising employees of the policies and procedures to follow if they have other queries or grievances, that is to contact or organise a meeting with the Store Manager.
* Dealing with customer queries
* Support the Store Management with annual PDR scheduling and completion
Operational Duties:
* Support the Store Manager with daily operational administrative tasks
* Responsibility for Health & Safety in the store
* Provide support and back up cover for the cash office
* Uniform management
* Ensure newspaper/magazine control are in place and implemented
* Order and manage scratch card and cigarette stock
* Provide training to Sales Assistants on till and float management
* Provide management cover in the store when required
* Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Pay: €33,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
