The James Hotel is a boutique style townhouse hotel located in Tralee, Co Kerry. We are currently inviting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The James has a variety of different styles of bedrooms, a restaurant and a bar.Your RoleThe ideal candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will report directly to the head Chef and should have experience in breakfast service and baking.
