Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.

* Extensive knowledge of hospitality management and supervision.

* Experience in managing and supervising teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

* HACCP training and knowledge would be beneficial.

* Able to follow and develop Hotel SOP's.

* Well-groomed and takes pride in their appearance.

* Ability to demonstrate a high level of problem-solving.

* Attention to detail when dealing with cash, reports, and documents.
