Key Responsibilities:
* Manage claims from notification to closure.
* Handle phone and written communication with policyholders and their representatives.
* Ensure claims are processed accurately and in line with regulations.
* Work collaboratively with the team to monitor workflow and assist with claims investigations.
* Provide technical advice on claims processes and next steps.
Requirements:
* APA qualification
* Insurance experience - customer service or sales
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work efficiently, meet targets, and ensure high standards
