Clann Mór Residential & Respite CLG is a community-based charity providing person-centred support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities across County Meath. We operate multiple residential homes and a dedicated respite service, empowering individuals to live meaningful lives within their own communities. We currently provide services in Kells, Navan, and Ashbourne.
Clann Mór is a voluntary organisation, with charitable status. We are registered with HIQA.
We have full time and part time positions for: Community Based Support Staff (CBSS).
Minimum Requirements:
* QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare.
* Proven experience in disability services, ideally within residential and respite settings.
* Solid understanding of HIQA standards and compliance.
* Full, clean driving licence with a requirement to drive as part of the role.
* Energetic and motivated individual with strong work ethic, ambition, and excellent communication skills.
* Flexible approach to work schedules, including availability for shift work, weekends, and overnight hours.
