We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of our major residential development project.
Job Description
This is a long-term opportunity with 34 years of secured, multi-phase work. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for full commercial management of the project, including cost planning, procurement, valuations, and final accounts. You will also manage subcontract packages and provide commercial reporting.
