This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a client-facing environment and thrives in a fast-paced office. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (35 hours per week) Key Responsibilities Answering and directing incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression Audio typing (dictaphone) and general typing duties Managing reception operations and providing administrative support Assisting legal secretaries during busy periods Handling incoming and outgoing post (morning and evening) Coordinating couriers, registered post, and document swearing arrangements Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Proficiency in typing, including dictaphone/audio typing Ability to work both independently and collaboratively A professional, courteous, and client-focused approach Location & Accessibility Our office is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of Killester DART Station, with parking available outside the office.
