We are currently seeking to appoint a senior retail operations manager in INSERT STORE NAME. This role supports the store manager in the day-to-day running of a store. The successful candidate will work at the heart of our business, providing great service to colleagues and managers alike.
About the Role
* Support the store manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Take full accountability for the store when the store manager is not present.
