Overview
Our sister company CMOS are recruiting for the below role. This is a hybrid role, 3 days WFH and 2 days in the office based in Dublin 17. Reporting to the Collections Team Manager, this role is within the Customer Services & Collections team for one of our clients in the utility sector. The duties and expectations outlined are not exhaustive and can vary.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with customers to secure full and final settlement of their commercial utility bills in a professional manner.
* Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails.
* Maximise debt recovery by engaging with customers and negotiating payments.
* Work to achieve personal and team collections targets.
* Collaborate with other departments when necessary.
* Ensure collection processes are followed in line with company policies and procedures.
* Ensure KPIs are achieved and surpassed.
* Provide feedback to management to identify and resolve customer issues to enable payment.
* Use in-house systems to identify new customers in premises with commercial activity.

* Previous Call Centre experience is an advantage.
* Pro-active thinker and problem solver.
* Strong objection handling ability.
* Calm, professional and approachable manner.
* Excellent written and verbal communicator.
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a strong team player.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Strong investigation skills and inquisitive mindset.
* Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel are an advantage.
