We are recruiting on behalf of a busy, well-established organisation in the legal sector, based in Dublin City Centre, for an experienced Bookkeeper. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, accurate, and confident working independently in a fast-paced professional environment.
The Bookkeeper will manage the day-to-day financial administration of the organisation, ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth financial operations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
* Previous Bookkeeping experience, ideally within a legal firm
* Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
* Managing client and office accounts
* Posting daily transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
* Processing invoices, payments, and completing bank reconciliations
* Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding financial queries
* Supporting month-end and year-end reporting
* Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards
What's on Offer
* €45,000-€55,000 depending on experience
