We are looking for a SHEQ for our Client in the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry, based in Dublin.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the company's SHEQ and QMS frameworks in line with ISO and regulatory standards.Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments; ensure corrective actions are implemented.Advise and support management on all SHEQ-related legal and compliance matters.Lead and promote a proactive safety culture through training, communication, and engagement.Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and coordinate preventive action plans.Maintain up-to-date legal registers, emergency plans, and business continuity procedures.Deliver management training and ensure adherence to the training matrix.Report monthly SHEQ performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.Liaise with regulators, auditors, and business partners to maintain compliance and certification.Qualifications & ExperienceNEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) preferred.Proven experience in SHEQ or H&S management within logistics, warehousing, or transport.Strong knowledge of QSHE standards and legislation.Experienced in audits, risk assessment, and incident investigation.Proficient in MS Office and SHEQ management systems.What's on offer?A permanent position.Hybrid Working.PensionHealth InsuranceNext Steps:The role looks like something you might be interested in?
