Team Leader – Arnotts Counter
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will support counter management and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the Trinny London Counter.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct all types of services such as pre‑booked appointments and walk‑ups, ensuring the Trinny London Match2Me experience.
* Deliver impeccable customer service and share your knowledge with each customer.
* Embod e brand and style; foster customer loyalty.
* Work in a fast‑paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs.
* Collaborate with the education and training team to offer best‑in‑class makeup advice.
* Stay up‑to‑date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, improving product knowledge and elevating artistry.
* Drive sales to reach daily and monthly targets.
* Assist the Business Manager with planning events, completing and distributing rotas, and motivating the team to improve artistry and product knowledge.
Requirements
* Experience in a retail makeup artist position, ideally within the luxury sector.
* Passion for makeup and skincare.
* Experience with customer‑relationship management and data capture.
* Adaptable and confident in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
* Positive, can‑do attitude, strong communication and mathematical skills.
* Organised, punctual and willing to work retail hours including bank holidays and weekends.
* Customer‑centric mindset and confident with planning & hosting events.
