Job Title: Maintenance and Engineering Professional
In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing preventative maintenance schedules and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors. You will ensure the correct spare parts are available for continuous operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and registration of equipment and instrumentation on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) systems.
* Support of Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Project walkdowns, commissioning, and documentation handover.
* Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) for facilities.
* Support the validation of equipment, particularly HVAC and Process Air Engineering, including metrics reporting and action planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* Preferred competencies include excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical problem-solving skills, active listening skills, and ability to integrate diverse perspectives.
* Timely decision-making and ability to respond to changing priorities.
* Experience working in a strongly regulated Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
* Proficiency in Validation, HVAC, and CMMS.
