The IT PMO plays a central role in enabling this change.
The Role We are hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to join the IT PMO and take ownership of complex infrastructure, networking, and integration projects.
Reporting to the Head of IT PMO, this role is responsible for end-to-end delivery - from initiation through to closure.
You will be accountable for planning, stakeholder management, risk control, financial oversight, and governance.
This is a senior delivery role within a structured PMO environment.
It requires clarity, ownership, and strong execution discipline.
What You'll Be Working On Current and upcoming initiatives include: Integration of cloud-based platforms into existing Dunnes systems Hardware and financial system integrations via Azure Workstreams within our Network Transformation programme covering Wi Fi, LAN, and WAN connectivity Infrastructure and technology projects supporting operational and business change Projects are technically complex and typically involve multiple internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
What We're Looking For Experience 7+ years' experience in IT project management Proven track record delivering infrastructure, networking, or integration projects Experience operating within a structured PMO environment Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams Demonstrated ownership of budgets, timelines, and RAID management Technical & Delivery Skills Experience using Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar tools for tracking and reporting Clear understanding of infrastructure and networking project lifecycles Strong planning discipline and reporting accuracy Ability to identify and mitigate risk independently What Success Looks Like Projects delivered on time and within approved budget Accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders Controlled scope and risk management Strong collaboration across IT and business functions Why This Role Matters Technology delivery is central to Dunnes Stores' transformation agenda.
