Im currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected business in the agricultural sector for aPart-Time Receptionist /Administratorbased near Thurles. This is a great opportunity to join a small, supportive team in a varied and people-focused role. The successful candidate will provide both reception and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Key Responsibilities: Managing the front desk and maintaining a welcoming reception area Answering calls and handling customer queries professionally Opening customer accounts and checking balances using internal systems Providing confidential administrative support to the General Manager Maintaining accurate records and managing documentation Candidate Requirements: Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Confident dealing with clients/customers over the phone Ability to work independently and use initiative Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Working Hours: 3 days per week (MonWed, 9am5pm) from July to March 5 days per week (MonFri, 9am5pm) from April to June Some flexibility can be offered for the right candidate This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong admin background who enjoys working in a friendly, fast-paced environment with a close-knit team.
