Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintain a well-groomed appearance as per company standard.
* Meet and greet guests upon arrival/farewell.
* Escort guests and luggage within the hotel premises and provide a room orientation.
* Provide guest satisfaction experiences such as hotel tour, explanation of services, as well as assist with luggage handling, unpacking and packing services.
* Handle check-out procedures smoothly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Assist with In-Room Dining, Restaurant Reservations, Reservations of Attractions for guests.
* Respond to guests and work closely with other departments within the hotel; Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B etc to provide the best service for hotel guests.
* Keep track and attend to guest preferences and requests (eg. Pillow type, room temperatures, wake-up times).
* Coordinate special food requests (eg. dietary needs etc.).
* Be familiar with and promote hotel facilities, provide destination information and local recommendations.
* Be available for guest needs at any time during their stay.
* Report and document any guest incidents, accidents or unusual occurrences in line with company procedures.
* Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, service, and professionalism.
* Handle matters with discretion and professionalism.
* Any other duties/tasks as requested by management.
