Job Overview
The Patient Engagement Capabilities group focuses on clinical trial participant enrollment and retention. This role requires creating dynamic, patient-facing clinical trial communications and executing fully coordinated health literacy optimized content strategies.
Responsibilities
* Design engaging and streamlined patient communication in graphical and multi-media formats.
* Produce visually appealing layouts of clinical trial patient-facing content.
* Develop digital content, including static images and video/animation content, for multiple platforms and patient audiences.
* Work closely with the Health Literacy Content team and BU molecule teams to deliver dynamic content visions.
* Anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks, interface with partners, and integrate new business processes where necessary.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related degree (or equivalent work experience).
* 3+ years experience in medical or health media/content development.
* 1-3 years of pharma or work experience in a regulated industry.
* In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as InVision, Graphpad, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrated experience building content with media authoring tools.
