Facilities Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team at Hunter Savage in Dungannon. This is a Monday-Friday position with parking available on site, offering flexible/hybrid working opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and planning of maintenance tasks
* Identifying process improvements
* Maintaining accurate records using tracking tools
* Reporting and data analysis for performance monitoring
* Collaborating with maintenance teams and other departments
About You:
We are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills, passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively with data, systems, and people in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Four GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths and English
* Experience in facilities or maintenance administration or similar operational support roles
* Familiarity with CRM systems
* Strong IT literacy and analytical skills
* A proactive, collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills
* A basic understanding of maintenance workflows and compliance standards
