Enet is Ireland's largest, open access network provider, building and operating the largest alternative wholesale telecoms network in Ireland. As the Field Supervisor at Enet, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Network Builds/Customer Connections are built to the site design guidelines and that quality is kept to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence by way of detailed review of subcontractor design and handover documentation and site auditing. This role is a one‑year fixed term contract, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. The location of this role is the Northwest or Northeast region.
Key Responsibilities
* Approve work Orders (Civils, Cabling, Splicing) via Salesforce.
* Attending customer site surveys and agree design, measures, and Traffic Management with contractors / end customers.
* Provide field assistance to Enet sales and planning for new orders or potential new leads.
* Work closely with the Planning and Network Provisioning and Deployment Team, providing remote hands support in the Enet Colos where possible.
* Supervise external contractor works in the field, ensuring the highest quality is maintained and within budget, placing emphasis on Traffic Management, Quality of Work and Health & Safety.
* Completing regular Site Safety Audits/Checklist.
* Liaise with End Customer/Building Management/Landlords/Park Owners in terms of Wayleave, organizing any documentation requested, assisting with queries in terms of design/proposed work.
* Liaise with 3rd Party Telco's regarding works on Enet Network, assisting with design queries and supervising works.
* Ensuring contractors are fully compliant with all their duties in relation to Health & Safety.
* Submit ROL applications to Local Authorities on MRL and attend any pre‑works site meetings to establish TM/Reinstatement/Working Hours.
* Submit road opening PO's for approval.
* Signoff of as‑built documentation and approve application for payments.
* Issue regular updates to Project Managers regarding ongoing orders and flag any risks to planned completion dates.
* Carry out Preventative maintenance inspections on external plant as required.

* Particular focus on underground ducting & cabling and in‑building cable routing, containment and fire stopping etc.
* Microsoft Office skills – i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
* Good understanding of telecoms business environment and technical concepts.
* Health & Safety experience as Client/PSDP/PSCS/Contractor.
