Job Title: Accounts Payable and General Accounts Assistant
The primary objective of this role is to assist the accounting team in managing accounts payable and general accounts. This includes processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
* Raise purchase orders and allocate them to the correct nominal accounts
* Prepare daily production reports for the boning hall
* Perform monthly creditor and nominal account reconciliations on the balance sheet
Requirements:
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
