The Ideal Candidate:
* 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Experience managing cash and tills
* Strong work ethic and motivation
* Ability to achieve KPIs and targets
* Commercial awareness and brand understanding
* Passion for grocery retail
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Capacity to organise work, delegate tasks, and support colleagues
