Senior Software Engineer (AI / LLM Systems)
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-growing engineering team building next-generation AI-powered software.
This is a hands‑on role at the forefront of production-grade AI, where you’ll design and deliver LLM-driven systems, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows that transform regulated validation processes into fully digital, cloud-native solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Build and ship AI-powered features using LLMs and agentic architectures
Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices
Develop production-ready tool‑using autonomous agents
Own key components of an enterprise AI platform
Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams end‑to‑end
Drive engineering quality across testing, performance, and architecture
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction
Use modern AI tools to accelerate development workflows
What we’re looking for
8+ years software engineering experience
Strong background in AI/ML or data‑driven systems (3+ years minimum)
Proven experience delivering production AI systems (not just prototypes)
Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent workflows
Comfortable working in Agile, product‑led environments
