We're working with a large, mission-driven organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Platform Owner to take ownership of a complex, enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and M365 platform implementation.
The system is live and entering a critical phase of enhancement, optimisation and transition into BAU.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining programme delivery, technical authority and vendor management.
You'll lead a multi-disciplinary internal team and manage an external implementation partner, ensuring the platform remains stable, scalable and aligned with a long-term digital road-map.
What You'll Be Doing Lead the technical delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform programme from enhancement through to BAU ownership.
Act as the technical authority for the platform, owning architecture decisions across Dynamics, Power Platform, M365 and integrations.
Oversee solution design, build, testing and release, ensuring performance, resilience, security and regulatory compliance.
Manage and hold an external system integrator accountable for delivery, quality and outcomes.
Lead architectural change to support scalability, resilience and long-term sustainability.
Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Ensure strong governance, risk management, reporting and delivery discipline across the programme.
Oversee application support, incident management and change control as the platform transitions into BAU.
Drive knowledge transfer and capability uplift within the internal team.
What You'll Bring Significant experience leading complex, enterprise-scale platform projects across Microsoft Dynamics and M365 programmes.
Strong technical leadership across Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services.
Proven experience managing external vendors and system integrators in a delivery-critical environment.
Solid background in solution architecture, integrations and application lifecycle management.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex change.
Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate at senior leadership level.
Bonus Points For Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Developer certifications.
Experience working in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
Knowledge of ITIL, Dev Ops or Agile delivery models.
