Customer Engagement Agent
We are looking for an exciting professional to join our Telesales team in Dublin in this role you will deliver outstanding service levels to all customers in order to strengthen our market leadership position by maximizing development opportunities to drive volume and share growth. Provide a first-class service to both internal and external customers covering the areas of Customer Engagement and Services.

Position
As a Customer Engagement Agent, You Will

* Understand JTI customer needs & provide excellence in customer service to build long-term working relationships
* Maintain a high level of contact between Customers and Trade Marketers in dealing with customer issues to enhance the opportunity for future business growth
* Engage with Team activities such as brand launches, cross-sell, up-sell, trial and awareness accounts programs and Strategic Engagement to meet all key performance indicatiors (KPI's)
* Enter customer orders via SIEBEL and SAP whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accordance with departmental Service Level Agreements
* Respond promptly to general customer queries via phone, fax and e-mail, relating to New Accounts, Account Closures, deliveries, copy documentation and orders by using multiple systems
* Initiate credit notes for undelivered stoc
* Take ownership of and contribute to team tasks and responsibilities as allocated by the Customer Services Manager (CSM)

Requirements

* A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification is essential
* One year experience within a busy customer service or telesales environment
* Excellent PC skills (MS Office), SAP & Siebel experience a distinct advantage
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Spoken and written English
