TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Donegal.
Location: Ballyshannon
Hours: 9am to 5pm, 35 hour working week
Contract: Temporary 2 month initial contract
Pay-rate: €17.04 – €26.52 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience
Available for an immediate start
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the HR / Finance / Payroll team as required
* Process staff payroll information including timesheets, salary adjustments, and leave records
* Maintain accurate and confidential staff records and databases
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve payroll queries promptly
* Support the preparation of payroll reports and documentation
* Respond to email and telephone queries professionally and efficiently
* General clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous administrative experience in a payroll, HR, or finance setting
* Familiarity with payroll procedures and basic understanding of salary calculations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, ideally with prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
* Friendly and professional manner with a strong team ethic
