Project Manager - Civil Engineering
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead our construction projects in Dublin.
* Develop detailed baseline programmes using Microsoft Project to meet client requirements
* Regularly track project progress and provide updates to clients
* Negotiate time extensions with clients as needed
* Monitor project pricing and internal costs to ensure on-budget delivery
* Identify areas of financial loss and develop mitigation strategies
* Proven experience in civil engineering or construction project management
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project
* A valid driver's license
* Prior background in civil engineering is beneficial
* Access to a company vehicle
