Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and place job advertisements across various platforms, including social media.
* Prepare and submit CVs and correspondence to clients regarding suitable applicants.
* Foster relationships with clients through regular visits and sales, business development, and marketing techniques.
* Gain a deep understanding of client companies, their industry, culture, and environment.
* Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be employed.
* Verify applicant references and suitability before submitting their details to clients.
* Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
* Offer guidance to clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.
* Achieve targets related to candidate placements, billing value, or business leads generated.
